Who we are
Quick Order (https://quickorder.ojastra.com) is a product of Ojastra. The company website at https://ojastra.com has its own terms.
The product
Operators use the admin to add stores and menus. Customers order on a hosted page and pay through the restaurant. We may change or withdraw features at any time.
Restaurants and customers
The restaurant is the merchant of record for food and payment. We provide hosted software. We are not the restaurant, and we do not prepare or sell the food.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Misuse the product, attempt to break it, or overload it.
- Use it to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Access another store’s admin, kitchen, or orders without permission.
Intellectual property
The product, including the Quick Order name and marks, is owned by Ojastra or its licensors. Restaurant names, menus, and logos remain the restaurant’s. You may not copy or reuse our marks except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
