Quick Order is a product of Ojastra (“we,” “us”). Hosted takeout and pickup. The restaurant keeps its domain. We run the ordering site.

This policy covers https://quickorder.ojastra.com, the operator admin, kitchen tools, and customer ordering pages we host. The company website at https://ojastra.com has its own policy.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:

• Operator account details you use to sign in, such as email.
• Store information you enter, such as name, address, phone, menu, hours, and branding.
• Order details needed to fulfill a purchase, such as items, pickup or delivery time, name, phone, and delivery address.
• Technical logs from hosting, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the service.

Payments

Customers pay through the restaurant’s checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Run the ordering site, admin, and kitchen tools.
• Pass an order to the restaurant so the customer can pay.
• Operate, protect, and improve the product.
• Meet legal obligations if they apply.

Sharing

We share information with the restaurant you order from and with service providers who host the product. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep store and order records as long as needed to operate the product and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

Email hello@ojastra.com to ask for a copy of information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits and records a restaurant must keep.

Children

The product is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
